Can the payment be made in cash?
Yes we accept cash payments in AED or USD as per listed rates. Receipts will be provided. Credit card and digital payments are also accepted.

Yes, all our chauffeurs undergo rigorous training and can speak fluent English along with Arabic and some other languages like Urdu, Hindi, etc.
How are your chauffeurs screened for reliability and safety?
We conduct extensive background checks, screening, credential verification, and driving record reviews before hiring chauffeurs. They undergo customer service and defensive driving training as well.
How far in advance should I book trips to Abu Dhabi or beyond?
We recommend booking inter-emirate trips at least 48 hours in advance. Less than that if possible for smooth planning of vehicles, drivers and permits.
What additional services does the chauffeur provide?
Services include door-to-door pickup/drop-off, flight monitoring and meet & greet at airports, red carpet welcome, baggage assistance, refreshments, WiFi access during trips etc.
What is the process for last minute bookings?
We have a dedicated team for handling urgent bookings. As long as a vehicle is available, we can arrange airport transfers or local rides with little notice.
