Terms and Conditions
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours prior to pickup time. After that, 50% of booking rate will be charged.
- For airport transfers, Two hour of free waiting time is included after flight landing. Additional wait time is charged at AED 50 per hour minutes.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol is prohibited in the vehicles.
- Late pickup requests with less than 2 hours notice will incur additional charges.
- Package prices listed are for travel within Dubai emirate only. Additional charges apply for other emirates.
- Bookings must be confirmed 24 hours in advance via email or phone. Last minute bookings are subject to availability.
